A.V.C - Automatic Vacuum Cleaner
|
How it works |
Press Differential BasisWhen the screen collects enough debris on it's inner cylindrical surface it causes a pressure difference from the dirty to the clean sides. This difference is sensed by the automatic control system. Inside the screen a set of small tubes move over the screen surface in a helical motion. This pulls the debris off the screen like a vacuum cleaner. Debris is collected in a center manifold pipe and then flushed out the discharge valve. The automatic cleaning cycle allows the vacuum tubes to clean the full length of the screen then shuts itself off. It will activate again when pressure differential builds to a preset valve. Time BasisThe same cycle as described above can also be initiated on a preset time interval basis. Print the PDF File
