The Jesperson Bin Filler is a fast gentle method of filling bins with fruit. It is meant to be installed into a production line handling over 40 bins per hour. Our bin filler is economical on space so it can be retrofitted into a production line. It is fully automated requiring no operator.

Gentle Action.

The Jesperson Bin Filler puts the fruit into a bin gently even in the bottom of an empty bin. So it can be used for presize rebinning or collecting culls meant for a juice plant or for peelers.

Full Level Bins

The Jesperson Bin Filler is compact in size so it can retro fit into most production lines. It comes as a complete fully self contained. After setting it in place it connects to an electric power source and you are done. The hydraulic system is full of new oil.

Power requirements

The Jesperson Bin Filler requires the equivalent of 12 HP electrical. One connection is all that is required. The bin filler distributes to all systems for one input electric line. The bin filler has been factory operated at Custom Technology Company Inc. before shipping.
