Most crops thrive in soil with a pH range of 6.0 to 7.0, but there are those that love a more acidic soil which require a lower pH level to produce quality, healthy produce. The CTC Sulfur Burner burns sulfur chips to a gas, which is mixed with water then added to your main water line to be distributed over the crops. The mixture produced changes the original hard calcium carbonate in your water to a calcium sulfite. This alters/lowers the water pH and is absorbed beneficially by the soil and vegetation.
